Can you travel for groups?

Yes, Jenna can travel for groups of 4 or more people. She services anywhere from Northern NSW to Sunshine Coast QLD. Group bookings are subject to travel fees.

DO YOU OFFER BRIDAL HAIR STYLING?

Jenna does not offer bridal hair styling, only hair styling for photoshoots or events.

IS THERE A MINIMUM OR MAXIMUM FOR WEDDINGS?

Jenna has a minimum of 4 people, and maximum of 7 people for all group bookings, before a second artist is required.

WHEN DO YOU SUGGEST BOOKING IN BRIDAL TRIALS?

It is recommended to book your bridal trial 2-3 months out from your wedding date. Although this is just a suggestion, whatever works for your personal schedule in the lead up to the big day is ideal.

WHERE IS THE STUDIO LOCATED FOR EVENT BOOKINGS?

Event bookings and bridal trials are currently taken out of a studio in Burleigh Heads, QLD. The exact address will be forwarded via text a few days prior to your appointment.

do you take formal bookings?

Yes, Jenna is still taking formal bookings. This can be booked online.

how far in advance can i book in?

Bridal bookings can only be booked as far as 12 months in advance. Event bookings can only be booked as far as 6 months in advance.

do you offer makeup lessons?

Yes, Jenna offers makeup lessons for makeup artists as well as personal makeup lessons for the everyday person. They are taken out of the burleigh heads studio, where she will answer all of your makeup questions, demonstrate how to understand undertones, features and recognise different skin types.
